In the following section, there are an abundance of expectations and regulations regarding events from trainings, trials, and special events.
These regulations and expectations are set to ensure that these events are maintained and properly conducted without issue. This page is very important, containing vital information that helps individuals know how to hold these certain events.
All trainings, trials, and tryouts can be hosted on any game, although it is preferred for you to host on Ilum [Legacy].
While you are welcome to host Gatherings and Lore Trainings on Ilum V2. Combat Trainings are not allowed on Ilum V2 due to the unfair stats and imbalances between lower and higher levels, making it unfair for newer players who trainings are primarily directed towards. Combat Trainings hosted on Ilum V2 will be invalid for rank requirements, quotas, and etc...
The host of an event cannot be a participant as well.
Jedi Battlemaster+ are required to have a supervisor (Jedi Instructor+) in events.
It is mandatory for the supervisor to give feedback to the Battlemaster which they supervise.
You are not allowed to host your own Padawans trials.
You need at least 1 active participant to start off a training.
Everything you say must be in your own phrasing; no copy and pasting is allowed.
Try to have some level of grammar and maturity during trainings/trials/tryouts.
A co-host must be Jedi Knight+ for any type of training or event. However, a Padawan may co host an event hosted by their Master, if their Master holds a rank with the ability to host.
Instructor+ can spectate trainings with the permission of the host. Jedi Councilors may spectate at will.
Padawans can spectate their master’s trainings (if the master is at the rank of Jedi Instructor/Jedi Master)
You may host more than two of the same events after each other. Please do not abuse this policy by spamming one of each type of training. If someone just hosted a gathering for example, its recommended you wait at least 15 minutes after they hosted.
Division staff who also happen to be Jedi Instructor+ in the main group are permitted to host joint trainings between their divisions and the main group. These different types of joint-trainings are permitted:
Taskforce staff may host joint Combat Trainings with the main group which can also replace a regular Combat Training.
Temple Guard staff may host joint Combat Trainings with the main group which can also replace a regular Combat Training.
Lorekeepers staff may host joint Crystal Dashes with the main group which can also replace a regular Crystal Gathering.
Lorekeepers staff may host joint Force Mastery Trainings with the main group which can also replace a regular Combat Training.
Although this has been a forgotten practice for some time, Temple Guards are highly encouraged to guard Jedi Order events. Temple Guards have been instructed to guard trainings if the conditions allow it. Unless you need to, try avoid using the training barriers to keep our guards busy and further promote activity in-game.
The training barrier that hosts use in TJO events would only be used if there aren't enough guards or the temple is being completely overrun.
If the temple is being overrun then guards will primarily guard the temple.
More so deals with Jedi who try to sneak in rather than Sith. Guards are permitted to use TK if they attempt to sneak in.
If someone attempts to sneak into a TJO event by being on the visitor team and avoiding team-kill, Guards can jail them.
Note: You can deny a TG the right to guard your training if; they are being problematic/poorly behaving, or the temple needs to be guarded from incoming Sith.
If you want to host the same type of training that was most recently posted in #event_announcements (for example, the last person to host just posted a CT and you want to host a CT as well), you need to wait at least 5 minutes since they posted it OR until it closes in order to post yours.
Upon conclusion of your event, make sure to clear any :setmessage, :unname, & etc. used during the event.
You cannot team people Hostiles to have them guard your training. They must be on the Temple Guard or Jedi team.
It is not recommended to bring people to your trainings directly; instead let them walk. It is better to only bring people to your training when they don’t know how to get there.
If you are caught AFK while supervising, hosting, and/or co-hosting you can either be warned or struck unless you ask for permission from your supervisor (if you are the host) or from the host (if you are the co-host).
If someone is in the Order and is below the rank of Jedi Battlemaster, and attempts to sneak into a training by claiming they wish to spectate, they are not permitted to, regardless of their team.
You as the host have the right to deal with those who did not ask permission to spectate, through means of :respawn.
If you notice a member of the staff team hosting improperly, using suspicious admin commands during the training or teaching the wrong content. You are to report to a Jedi Master+ immediately, only Jedi Master+ are allowed to intervene in trainings to assist the host. You are not to intervene in the training yourself unless you are a Master+ in the main group.
Usually the job of the Master would be to make minor corrections to help the host out in the event. If the host for example explains AC wrong, it’s not the Master’s job to shame them in public but rather help the host so that the attendees don’t get robbed of their education and the host can continue the event smoothly.
In very rare cases a host is conducting suspicious activity like admin abuse or you encounter a scenario which a regular Master cannot handle, report to a member of the Jedi Council with evidence.
Every month the Jedi Council sponsors official tournaments hosted by the event management team and they may also at their own discretion have a few Jedi Masters assist in co-hosting the tournament. The official tournaments hosted by the Jedi Council are TOTO (Team of the Order), DOTO (Duelist of the Order), and LOTO (Librarian of the Order). The top three winners of the three competitions will receive robux prizes as well as a place on the Hall of Fame page for a month.
Must be ranked Jedi Knight+ in the main group in order to participate in a tournament.
Must have an active rank in the group. Retired members of the Jedi Order may not participate in official tournaments.
Must have a clean record when it comes to official tournaments. The Jedi Council has the right to block problematic individuals from attending these events. The Jedi Councilor who hosts also reserves the right to kick problematic individuals out.
People banned from the Jedi Order or its discord server are not allowed to compete.

First, second, and third places respectively will get 1200 Robux, 800 Robux, and 500 Robux respectively.
Those who are ranked Historian or higher in the Jedi Lorekeepers division are not permitted to participate in this tournament as they have access to the questions as well as the answers.
