Approvals help individuals who require them, progress throughout the ranks. Approvals are especially helpful in gaining support of an individual receiving a rank. Approvals can only be given in present time, not before (i.e. you cannot ask for an approval for Jedi Battlemaster at a rank before Jedi Knight).
Approvals are always to be earned and they can never be given freely.
Approvals can be asked for, but they shouldn’t be asked for in repeated or excessive requests. Padawans or Jedi Knights shouldn’t constantly or even go to follow up Masters+ for approvals. One message will do; if not, wait a few hours and send in another request.
Approvals can be earned through completing tasks varying from requests of doing something in-game, performing a favor for the recipient, or even answering prompts given by the recipient.
Approvals cannot be given in advance. For instance, I cannot ask for an approval at the rank of Youngling and save it for my Jedi Knight trials.
All approvals for Jedi Knight trials last 1 week (7 days).
Approvals should never be plagiarized, stolen, forged, or re-used. Doing so will result in an auto-fail during trial and a strike.
Approval Format (example, creative freedom is still permitted)
