Basic "Division-Wide" Policies [7.1.0]
[-] 7.1.1 | Individuals can join up to no more than ONE combat division: You have to decide between either of the combat divisions (Jedi Taskforce/Jedi Temple Guard). Individuals may join the Lorekeepers if they are a member of the Jedi Taskforce or the Jedi Temple Guard, however, an individual cannot be in TF or TG at the same time.
7.1.1.1 | Members with the "retired role" of a certain division may join another division's Discord server, but must leave the Roblox group of the division they are currently retired in to do so. This allows for individuals to be in either of the division's Discord.
[-] 7.1.2 | Retiring from TJO will auto retire you from whatever division you are in unless you are not at a rank in the division to retire. In that case, you will be demoted to the lowest rank. Upon unretirement, you will receive the rank below the initial rank prior to retiring (24 hour retirement policy applied).
[-] 7.1.3 | The High Command position in the divisions (Temple Guards - Chief of Security, Taskforce - Chief General, Lorekeepers - The Keeper) is limited to 6 individuals (2 per each division). Additionally only Jedi Master+ are permitted to hold High Command positions.
[-] 7.1.4 | All High Command Team positions including Division Masters and above, are required to be at least the rank of Jedi Knight, in order to be fully instated onto any of the divisions as a High Command Team member.
Temple Guard Entry Requirements
To be eligible for entry, individuals must pass a Temple Guard tryout.
Once an individual is a Temple Guard Pledge+, they will be rank-locked to the Temple Guard rank regardless of previous rank.
If you are at the rank of Jedi Battlemaster+ in the Order, you do not get rank-locked to the Temple Guard rank. You are, however still required to do the staff quota.
If you are at the rank of Jedi Battlemaster+ in the Order, you are still allowed to request to be rank-locked to the Temple Guard rank if you wish.
Jedi Taskforce Entry Requirements
To be eligible for entry, individuals must pass a Taskforce Tryout.
To be eligible, you must be an Initiate+ in order to Tryout.
Jedi Lorekeepers Entry Requirements
To be eligible for entry, individuals must either pass a Lorekeepers Lecture or post an entry into the Jedi Archives
To be eligible, you must be an Initiate+ to gain entry into the Lorekeepers division.
Punishment System via Divisions
Low Ranks banned from a division for any indefinite length or behavioural blacklists only will be rank locked to Initiate for 2 weeks. If the blacklist is timed and/or non-behavioural (leaving without discharge etc...), they may continue to rank up in the Jedi Order.
Middle Ranks banned (indefinite and/or behavioural blacklists only) from a division will receive ONE TJO strike.
Advanced/High Ranks banned from a division (indefinite/behavioural blacklists only) will result in 2 strikes. Although should an advanced/high rank receive a blacklist for leaving without discharge, they will be issued just one strike for incompetence and ignorance instead.
Should a Jedi Instructor have any active divisional blacklists from the past, they are not allowed to become a Master until they appeal all of their divisional blacklists. [Does not apply to discontinued divisions]
If someone gets three divisional strikes for behavior issues only, it will result in a TJO infraction.
(A) During raids or inter-division events, the only people allowed to use admin are the commanding leaders/hosts/organizers. (The !division command is of course allowed)
(B) If a divisional representative causes mischief in another's division's server, they will be subject to an infraction in their own division. (For example - If an Overseer spammed in a Taskforce server, they will be struck in Temple Guards.)
(C) The High Command of a division reserves the right to pick the number of divisional representatives that they want in their server.
[-] 4.1.1 | AS A JEDI, Never engage the Temple Guards in combat, unless accidentally hit while fighting hostiles together.
4.1.1.1 | You are not required to attack hostiles if they do not raid the Temple; however, refrain from helping, assisting them, and sabotaging the Temple Guards in neutralizing them.
[-] 4.1.2 | Disturbing on-duty Temple Guards can and will result in a solid punishment.
[-] 4.1.3 | ALL Temple Guards have authority over you and are able to take administrative action against you. Therefore, please listen to their requests and respect their warnings.
[-] 4.1.4 | If you feel offended by the Temple Guard, DO NOT counterattack; politely ask them to stop and collect evidence; if any rules were broken, do not repeat their mistake.
[-] 4.1.5 | Temple Guards are not evil; feel free to assist them, although keep in mind that they have full right to call you off.
[-] 4.1.6 | Temple Guards are not allowed to speak; please do not offend them in any verbal way. You can share your opinion and warn them, but keep in mind that they will not respond in most situations. They are allowed to whisper to you though, only for vital reasons. If you notice a Guard on-duty speaking in public chat, please notify a Temple Guard High Rank.
[-] 4.1.7 | Do not abuse the Guard's presence as they are tasked with securing you and the Jedi Temple.
[-] 4.1.8 | Temple Guards are NOT allowed past the arch; make sure to report it if you see otherwise.
