Dex: 14   Str: 10   Wis: 11  Int: 16   Con: 14

They receive a mild bonus to dexterity and a massive bonus to intelligence.  They receive negative modifiers to strength, wisdom and constitution.

They receive a massive skill bonus to Area spells, miscallaneous spells, and various magic & faith items.   They also receive the best bonus to occult.spells.enchanting, and a decent bonus to fighting.offensive.melee.blunt, yet lack the strength due to a severe negative racial modifier to really take advantage of it.
