What if you wanted a practical 4 door sedan that's also as fast and well handling as many other sportscars? The Torihatsu Chateau GTS might just be the answer to your question. The "Chateau's most powerful variant", it's an RWD, supercharged, inline 5 compact that has everything to give, for people with nothing to lose.
For a car designed to beat AWD rivals on the track, the GTS definitely looks ready to do so, with a decently sized spoiler attached to the rear of the car and flares running along the side of the car. Otherwise, the design of the car isn't too different from the already pretty good looking Chateau, say for a larger and less restrictive grille. A great design, for an already great car.
Although handling for the car isn't the very best, being a bit stiff at times, its more than good enough for a car like this. Handling is predictable and pretty responsive, and does its job well around corners and on the straightaways. A lap time of 1 minute and 56 seconds makes it pretty fast, though it might leave a bit to be desired for some.
Torihatsu Chateau GTS. A well handling car that has its bar set high.
Score:
Low-brick factor: 9 - The GTS is only 289 bricks, great for racing in multiplayer.
Cool factor: 10 - The GTS is a pretty cool little car that will definitely impress other drivers.
Fun factor: 9 - Although not too fast, the GTS is still extremely fun to drive thanks to its somewhat responsive handling.
Practicality: 7 - The car doesn't have much room and storage space but will definitely do alright as a daily considering you'll probably only drive it to work and back and occasionally to the grocery store.
Driving: 8 - The GTS won't do too good in tight corners at high speeds but is more than enough to drive around every day.
Overall: 8.6
