2023_TLP_Announcement.pdfThe Transformational Leadership Program (TLP) began as part of an effort to promote workforce development, recruitment, diversity, and inclusion within the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) OR/WA and the United States Forest Service (USFS) R6,and the Fire and Aviation Leadership Team (FALT). It is used as an avenue for building future leadership capacity while empowering and valuing employees by investing in relationships between leaders of today and leaders of tomorrow. The program exposes interagency fire participants to other disciplines throughout our organizations and exposes employees from non-fire disciplines to the fire organization. This reciprocal exposure strengthens a comprehensive understanding of our organization and builds relationships and knowledge across resource boundaries.
