Documentation surrounding the conversion from AADM to RXA and WFA 1, 2 & 3. If interested in opening a WFA or RXA Task Book, please contact your Supervisor and Training Specialist Adam Forga for questions as there is a process that is outlined below.
WFA/RXA task book initiation process:
Step 1: Responder requesting a WFA or RXA task book please reach out to adam.forga@usda.gov.
Step 2: Fire Training Specialist will send a request to Forest Supervisor for task book requesting recommendation.
Step 3: Once Fire Training Specialist receives recommendation for initiating from Forest Supervisor, the task book is then initiated by digital signature of Forest Supervisor.
Step 4: Task Book initiated by Forest Supervisor is then emailed to responder from the Fire Training Specialist and updated in IQCS.
Step 5: When red card is ready for signature, the certifying official for all WFA or RXA red cards are completed by the Deputy Regional Forester and sent back to the Fire Training Specialist via the Regional Training Center.
Step 6: Fire Training Specialist forwards red card to responder and files a copy in their master training folder.
