All responders must have at minimum the IS-700 and IS-100 FEMA courses. Please see the FEMA Courses page on this website to find and take them. You can email the completion certificates with your new responder form together when done.

Login to DOI Talent
1. From the DOI Talent home page, click on your name in the top right.
2. From the drop down list, select "Profile"
3. ECI number will be shown under the "User details" window
