New to the Rogue River-Siskiyou NF/ Medford District BLM, or leaving to somewhere else? 

New to the Rogue River-Siskiyou NF or Medford District BLM and have fire position qualifications please do the following:

1) From Previous unit have the training specialist/supervisor send your official training folder preferably in digital format to you and adam.forga@usda.gov.  Also, request them to update you as INAC in IQCS.

2) Contact your identified training officer (see training officer contact page) and introduce yourself and identify any training needs.  

3) If new to the agency with fire position qualifications ensure all training records are sent to us from your previous employer.

 If they still have hard copy records, please have them mailed to:

Leaving the Rogue River-Siskiyou NF or Medford District BLM and have fire position qualifications please do the following:

1) Let your current Training Officer and Adam Forga adam.forga@usda.gov know.

2) Provide the information for your new training officer/supervisor so we may transfer your records.
