Policies Duet Lessons

We have competitive prices and different conditions than other studios

  • A full price list is available on the website under "PRICES" and in the studio.
  • Appointments are to be pre-paid (internet banking or cash/bar) or paid at time of service (cash/bar).
  • No cards accepted. You may request an invoice and/or receipt.


  • Lessons ARE subject to a 24 hr cancellation fee (full price of the lesson), no exceptions for both parties.
  • Please coordinate between parties and make cancellations BY PHONE: call or sms your teacher ... email, facebook, whatsapp are not considered as a valid cancellation.
  • We always appreciate a call if you cannot come to any lesson, thank you!

Abonnements

  • Abos of 12 x 55min Private or Duet classes are valid for 16 weeks only. You can cancel up to 4 times per Abo, but if you don't use the abo before expiration, there is also no refund. You have 16 weeks to use 12 lessons.
  • The 30 min Power Privates in 6 lesson abos are to work through the flow or to work on specific problems, depending on your needs. You can cancel up to 4 times per Abo, but if you don't use the abo before expiration, there is also no refund. You have 10 weeks to use 6 lessons.
  • If you are traveling for a length of time, or ill, etc., you may "freeze" your 6- or 12-abo for 4 weeks one time for a fee of 50.-

Please take note

  • Previous clients are given priority in scheduling over new clients.
  • There are 2 studio closings per year, one in summer, one in winter. There are no extensions during these times, please plan accordingly.
