Mamma & Me
Mommy and Me group mat class. Babies and small children 0-4 welcome for this mat class! Studies show children who observe parents exercising are more likely to stay fit themselves, especially true when they begin under the age of 4. Read this for more info... So, bring your child and some entertainment along to this class for work on tummy, back and bum! *(entertainment should be safe for all ages)
At 8 weeks postpartum, you may join this class with the okay from your doctor… but of course you don't have to be such a new mommy to join our class that focuses on finding and building a functioning pelvic floor, deep abdominals and core muscles. We will also work on your upper back and shoulders to help with that nursing neck pain, carrying and holding!
C-section/Kaiserschnitt and Diastasis Recti moms are also welcome, but may need to limit their participation in some exercises. Don’t worry if your child gets fussy and you have to excuse yourself, feed or entertain your little one; you're welcome back again and again! And best of all, you can have a chat with other moms before or after the class.
