Back & Body Works group class for those with back and body issues.

Whether it's your back, your knees, neck or another problem, in this class, we work slowly and smoothly to build your core muscles and protect you from further injury.

When you've had an injury or chronic pain, many a good doctor suggests exercise to strengthen the deep abdominals and core muscles. I've also been through many practitioners, looking for non-medicated help for my own back pain. That's why I have put together a class that is safe and challenging for those with chronic problems.
