Member Mouse: A membership site is a gated part of your online business where only members who subscribe can access the content you've placed behind the gates. Your membership site can be paid or free or a mix of both.
Step 1: Log in to the Member Mouse at members.sveltetraining.com
Step 2: Select the M, to the left of the page and select “Manage members” this will take you to the customer’s dashboard.
Step 3: Search for the customer (Using full name or email address.)
Step 4: Click on the customer’s email address to open the account.
NOTE: This will take you to the customer’s account. You have multiple tabs at the top of the page to access different aspects of the customer’s account.
You also have the option to log in as the customer to see what they see on their end, you can do this by clicking the “Login as Member” option on the general page of the customer’s account.
Step 1: Log in to Membermouse
Step 2: Search for the customer (Using full name or email address.)
Step 3: Click on the customer’s email address to open the account.
NOTE: This will take you to the customer’s account. You have multiple tabs at the top of the page to access different aspects of the customer’s account.
Step 4: Scroll until you see the option that says “New Password”. Enter the new password. (It is recommended that you note the new password in the “Notes” section.)
Note: Update the new password as the customer's email address. Copy and paste to make sure to accurately enter it.
Step 5: Once you enter the new password select “Update Member” option to the bottom left of the page.
NOTE: You can also update their email, billing and shipping information in this section.
Step 1: Log in to MemberMouse.
Step 2: Search for the customer (Using full name or email address.)
Note: Make sure you do not have a space in front or your search or it will not be completed.
Step 3: Click on the customer’s email address to open the account.
NOTE: This will take you to the customer’s account. You have multiple tabs at the top of the page to access different aspects of the customer’s account.
Step 4: Select the “Access rights” tab.
Step 5: Scroll until you see the “Bundles” title.
Step 6: Select the dropdown menu and select the program you would like to add.
Step 7: Select the “Apply Bundle” option to the right of the dropdown menu.
Step 8: Select the “Comp (Program)” option.
Note: When comping a program please write a note in Member Mouse about why you comped the program.
If a customer cancels their subscription in SIO, the MBC/OAD will be automatically canceled in MM.
Action Required: Please open MM and comp the customer to ensure they maintain access to the remaining active program.
If a customer accepts an LTA offer for their subscription and you cancel the subscription in SIO, this will also automatically cancel MBC/OAD in MM.
Action Required: Again, make sure to open MM and comp the necessary programs for the customer.
