The mailing list from which Svelte and Affiliates send newsletters and promotional emails to customers.
Step 1: Get the email address from the customer and find out if they want to unsubscribe from all Svelte promotional emails or our Affiliates, or both.
Step 2: Visit the Svelte Email Subscriber link below:

Note: This link is used to unsubscribe, update email addresses, name correction and request for Spanish only emails on our news letters.
Step 3: Once you have open the sheet, scroll down to the last entry and enter the date in Column A.
Step 4: After entering the date, select the appropriate brand from the drop down on Column B.
NOTE: Make sure to use the drop down option on the sheet and don't add any other information aside from the main options.
Step 5: Select the desired request on Column C.
Unsubscribe - To stop all emails
Update Email - Change the email address that newsletters and promotions go to
Add Email - Add an email for newsletters and promotions go to
Svelte Content Only - To stop subscriptions from affiliates
Other - If the options above don’t apply (Ex. Name correction, Spanish Email Only, etc..)
Step 6: Enter the Email address that the customer wants to be removed from the subscription list in Column D.
Step 7: If you selected Update Email or Add Email in Step 5, input the new email address in Column E.
Step 8: If you selected Others (Name Correction) in Step 5, input the correct name in Column E.
Make sure that your notes in Column F is under Name Correction.
Step 9: Put applicable notes in Column F.
NOTE: Make sure to use the drop down option on the sheet and don't add any other information aside from the main options.
If a customer has One and Done, MetaBoost, or the Back Renewal System, you need to submit a request for each brand to ensure that the customer does not receive newsletters from any of the programs.
Example: If a customer have both One and Done and MetaBoost, and they request to stop receiving emails from Svelte, you must enter their information on the sheet twice—one under One and Done (OAD) and one under MetaBoost (MBC). This ensures that their email preferences are updated across all relevant programs.
Note: As outlined in Process Update Slide 23, please ensure to leave notes in SIO whenever you add a customer to our unsubscribe list.
