Steps:
Log in to the dashboard.
Go to the Orders page.
3. Use the available search options to find the relevant record. Make sure to adjust the date as it will default to today’s date.
4. You can add a new record if needed. The Product ID must be a valid ID from StickyCRM or Digistore24.
Use Add Order in the following scenarios:
The customer used an incorrect email address and their order failed to post to MightyNetworks
The customer record does not exist in MightyNetworks
The order failed to be added to MightyNetworks for any reason
In these cases, you can manually add the customer details using Add Order.
5. A Processing Log is available. This helps verify whether the customer received the “Add Password” email and whether they were granted access to the correct spaces.
6. Status field is also available. In cases where a customer uses an incorrect or invalid email address, the status will be shown as Failed or Invalid Email.
