BRAD-ATTAIN research project
In Summer 2023, Karisha George and researchers from the University of Bradford (Ria Vaportzis and Maria Khan) obtained a small pot of funding from BRAD-ATTAIN to explore BAME students' levels of belongingness within university. It explored a range of factors including financial constraints, the curriculum, and the diversity of student groups. The survey is still ongoing, and results will be presented at a talk at the University of Bradford early next year.Â

Success at HYMS toolkit
Based on the success of the Success at York toolkit (previously called the Resilience hub), Karisha George was invited to develop a Success at HYMS (Hull York Medical School) toolkit. In conjunction with two medical students, the resource is being rapidly developed and will be released soon.
