Additional Info
+1d4 B to someone you're grappling at the start of your turn
+1d4+3 S when someone fails to break out of a grapple (khopesh)
Natural Weapons. Your powerful bite and sharp claws are natural weapons that you can use to make unarmed strikes. If you hit with them, your bite deals 1d8 + your Strength modifier piercing damage and your claws deal 1d6 + Strength modifier slashing damage.
Hold Breath. Accustomed to your watery home, you can hold your breath for up to 15 minutes.
Flood Fever. Choose three consecutive months out of the year to reflect the flood season of your river birthplace. During this time, you lose the benefits of your Scholars trait (see below). When a creature deals damage to you, every attack you make and harmful spell you cast must include that creature as a target, until you drop to 0 hit points, your target falls to 0 hit points, or you are unable to make an attack against it for 1 minute. Once per turn when you hit your target with an attack, you deal an additional 1d6 damage.
Scholars. When it is not flood season, you have advantage on Intelligence (History) and Intelligence (Investigation) checks.
Background Feature: Urban Explorer. You are familiar with the layout and rhythms of town and cities. When you arrive in a new city, you can quickly locate places to stay, where to buy good quality gear, and other facilities. You can shake off pursuers when you are being chased through the streets or across the rooftops. You have a knack for leading pursuers into a crowded market filled with stalls piled high with breakable merchandise, or down a narrow alley just as a dung cart is coming in the other direction. When you make a d20 roll for a Chase Complication (see DMG), you can choose to do so with a −5 penalty, making it more likely for the participant behind you to run into a complication.
Fighting Style: Unarmed Fighting. Your unarmed strikes can deal bludgeoning damage equal to 1d6 + your Strength modifier on a hit. If you aren't wielding any weapons or a shield when you make the attack roll, the d6 becomes a d8.
At the start of each of your turns, you can deal 1d4 bludgeoning damage to one creature grappled by you.
Second Wind. You have a limited well of stamina that you can draw on to protect yourself from harm. On your turn, you can use a bonus action to regain hit points equal to 1d10 + your fighter level. Once you use this feature, you must finish a short or long rest before you can use it again.
SPECIAL: CROC PRESS. As an action, you grab the enemy's face and ram them into a wall. Make a grappling check. On a success, you must move in a straight line of at least 10 feet until you reach a solid obstacle or creature, smashing the grappled creature against it and dealing it damage equal to 1 + your Strength bonus as well as an extra 1d6 bludgeoning damage for every 10 feet you pushed them. The creature then falls prone and the grapple is over. The movement during this action doesn't provoke opportunity attacks, and isn't halved by grappling. If you smash your target into another creature, both take half damage, and that other creature must succeed a Strength saving throw or fall prone.
Trait: 7 I always sit with my back to the wall and my eyes on the exits
Ideal: 2 Community. We need to look out for one another and keep everyone safe. (Lawful)
Bond: See Below, also: I fight for those who can't fight for themselves.
Flaw: 3 If I feel insulted, I’ll refuse to speak to anyone for several hours.
After reading more of Per-Bastet lore:
Ga'Tor spent his youth in the Flood with most of his kind, and stuck mainly to the Wharf District. But, he was fascinated with the greater city of Per-Bastet. As he grew older, he began spending a lot of time escaping to the other districts - most notably the Hyena District. Nearly at the cost of his own life on multiple occasions, he learned the ins-and-outs of the district, how to avoid the gnollish games and on one occasion, appease a matriarch. He oftentimes even enjoyed the games themselves.
Originally going by Caiman, he rarely gave out his name out to anyone - It wasn't until some gnolls he had evaded noticed him in the Wharf District. They snarled and yipped the name Ga'Tor while pointing and laughing at him, and the name stuck with the crowd around.
The gnoll's cruel games would start getting too much for him when he'd see what they do to others of his kind, though. Eventually, he stopped caring about the games entirely and focus on searching for and leading his kin out of the district, away from their bullies.
His adventurous spirit would be crushed on the day he ran into The Hunt to escape a pack of gnolls at sunset. Ga'Tor, and the gnolls too, were all ambushed at once - By what, he's suppressed from his memories. All he remembers were the yips and cries, and a scar on his face.
After that day, he erected a wall of fear against the unknown, avoiding The Hunt at all costs. But even the outside desert of the city fills him with a sense of dread - The city, the districts, this is all he knows. It's all he's comfortable with. Even the alleys give him anxiety, the thought of finding a catslide alley making him take a detour on more that one occasion. Not that he'd ever find one - but the fear in the back of his head of leaving Per-Bastet so suddenly has gripped him before. He spent a few years as a hermit and drunk, not leaving the Wharf District in that time, and spending most of his time smoking in the Gentle Teahouse.
Eventually, he reluctantly got picked up off his feet. A life that he saved from the Gnolls has grown up in service to Abdrin Al-Rashir, and after a few strings were pulled, and with some encouragement, Ga-Tor was back to his roots. He got into the business as a bodyguard and guide to anyone going to and from the Wharf District and Perfume Districts. People praised his skills in navigating through the Hyena District on more than one occasion.
These days, he still spends most of his freetime listening to gossip in the Gentle Teahouse, and leads someone throughout the city on most days. Small improvements every day. The wall he built up around The Hunt, around the unknown still lingers over him, even though he still can't remember what happened that day. It's irrational, and something he wants to break. But every time he's tried, he turned tail to drink and smoke the night away.
One day, he hopes someone can break him free of this cage he's built. One day, for his adventurous spirit to reignite.

Bonds:
Ga'Tor mostly stays for the gossip, hookahs and tea, eavesdropping most of the time as he enjoys himself. Imposing, and oftentimes choosing a seat with his back to the wall, Ga'Tor is rarely is approached by strangers
Moaz Hi-Sheesh (City of Cats 5E npc) - The owner of the Gentle Teahouse, where Ga'Tor regularly hangs out. The two are on friendly terms, though Ga'Tor never partakes in the artistic side of the teahouse, to Moaz's chagrin. Moaz seems to want to unearth the scholarly blood hiding within Ga'Tor, to inspire him, while Ga'Tor states he just doesn't get it on most occasions.
Truthful Catplace (City of Cats 5E npc) - A regular to the Gentle Teahouse, and friend of Moaz Hi-Sheesh. Truthful and Ga'Tor are acquaintances at best, though the friendly-natured and friend-seeking gearforged has approached Ga'Tor several times, oftentimes sharing stories or secrets of the Hyena District, gnoll clans, and other stories of the city.
Fatrimi-Khakchon (City of Cats 5E npc) - At one point in time, Ga'Tor accidentally got caught in the middle of a feud between Fatrimi and a matriarch; The two were settling the dispute with one of their gnoll games, as usual. Ga'Tor unknowingly tilted the favor into Fatrimi's favor, causing her to take a liking to him in her benevolence; Of course, the matriarch that was her opponent was none too pleased. Fatrimi enjoys welcoming Ga'Tor into her entourage whenever she runs into him, but whenever she spots him, he ends up participating in one of her gnoll games somehow.
Sandpaw Clan (Made up) - Ga'Tor steers clear from this clan whenever he can - He's had to evade them numerous times in the past. He's not even sure why, whether they have a grudge against him or if they just have a particular disdain for Subek. The former seems more likely, as they have ignored other accompanying him in the past.
The place Ga'Tor calls home. He lives in The Flood with most of his kind, and aside from the Gentle Teahouse, he tends to avoid a lot of the locales. Places like the Slaughterhouse and Arak House especially.
Abdrin Al-Rashir(City of Cats 5E NPC) - Abdrin likely wouldn't recognize Ga'Tor, but many would recognize Abdrin. Ga'Tor has a conflicting opinions on the trademaster and dock owner. Ga'Tor has a general disdain for slavery - Abdrin's main trade, but the dockmaster's philanthropy is something he bitterly respects. Especially since it indirectly got Ga'Tor back on his feet.
Gavial Al-Rashir (Made Up) - An adopted son of Abdrin, and one that Ga'Tor saved from the Hyena District years ago. Gavial was the one who got Ga'Tor back on his feet, and work as an guide and escort; A payment for the debt he felt he shouldered after Ga'Tor saved his life. Ga'Tor is thankful for the push, and have become trusting friends. Though, they rarely meet, with Gavial's work on the docks taking up most of his time.
While Ga'Tor knows of all the locales in the Wharf District and purposely avoids some, the Perfume District is one he knows little of besides passing knowledge. The inner workings and factions are a mystery to him, and he doesn't show much interest in learning more than he needs to. Despite this, he seems to find work to escort individuals to and from the Perfume District often enough to learn the path to certain locales.
The only place he thinks is worth anyone's time in the district is The Distillery, if only for the mint tea.
Nuppi (made up) - A Kobold alchemist who has set up shop in The Distillery. The kobold set up a small shop in one of the many corners of this place, and oftentimes gets in contact with Ga'Tor when she needs to go grocery shopping throughout the city. Ga'Tor doesn't understand most of what she's making, and shrugs off some of the oddities they end up buying or making.
The Alchemist specializes in healing salves, at least on the outside - After all, her neighboring shop is that of a poisoner. If Ga'Tor knew of any malicious poisons or other dangerous concoctions being made by Nuppi, he'd likely have stopped taking her around the city. Thankfully, Nuppi hasn't betrayed her outward appearance of a small kobold trying to do some good in a grand, chaotic city. And Ga'Tor has no reason to doubt her, but you never know with this city.
These are more generic bonds I made up or randomly rolled for to the benefit of GM's own creative vision.
-A Gnoll who wants to beat Ga'Tor in a wrestling match
-A Subek runt who sometimes follows Ga'Tor from afar.
-A Basteti Priest who always seems to get lost in the city, and constantly begs Ga'Tor for help when the two run into each other.
-A human noble who sneaks out to meet with their commoner lover - And uses Ga'Tor as a shield against prying eyes.
