Urist Gravelgut was a dwarf living in the exquisite tavern, the Bleedin' 'Ead, with the owner (and friend), Morris. Urists' been out of action for years, but one day they get visited by Dennigar and co. After storytime with Urist, the party recruited him onto the team after hearing his dragon slaying exploits, and Urist leaped at the offer after the months of boredom he's had.

Though he's haunted by cultists and his unwanted patron, he continues his work for the baron throughout the adventures. He's even met his demise, but by some miracle he fused his soul with a magic gem.
