REAL YOGA FOR REAL PEOPLE
All are welcome to the yoga classes in Moorland Community Hall and Kendall Community Hall. You will be among local friends of differing abilities, from beginners to advanced, including pregnant ladies, seniors and those who practice sitting on a chair (chair yoga). A multitude of options are given, as Stacey Carol specialises in inclusivity within one class.
Main intentions for class are to relive stress, move easier, relive pain, sleep well and feel better.
Teaching off mat, with hands-on adjustment (if you are comfortable with that), for a safer, deeper yoga practice.
Our classes are a blend of styles, mainly Hatha, with influences from Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Yin and Restorative.
Following Yoga Therapy principles, each yoga class is adapted to you, depending on your mood and current physical state. Therefore, options are given from gentle to challenging, so that you can get the best from your yoga.
During class you are likely to be invited to practice relaxation, breath awareness, posture realignment, core strength, balance poses, increasing flexibility, improving mobility and releasing tension.
Move to YOUR breath, in YOUR style, at YOUR level.
Although Stacey specialises in anxiety/stress relief, managing menopause symptoms, coping with cancer, preparing for ageing, pain management and natural birthing preparation, she welcomes those coming to yoga classes for any reason, be it relaxation, fitness, strength, flexibility, mobility, weight-loss, sports performance or even meeting new friends.

Bare feet is the traditional yoga way, but socks with grip pads, or soft shoes can be worn if preferred.
