Although Stacey specialises in anxiety/stress relief, menopause symptom reduction, natural birthing, coping with cancer, preparing for older age and pain management, she welcomes those coming to yoga for any reason, be it relaxation, fitness, strength, flexibility, mobility, weight-loss, sports performance or even meeting new friends.
