The Reiki healing is channeled while you are in relaxation. It is not hands-on and can be opted out of.

Asana, Pranayama, Mudras and Mantras are incorporated into these bliss-filled yoga and reiki sessions. In plain English, this means that you get to experience yoga poses, breathing techniques, hand positions and sounds.
All options are just an invitation, you can decide to partake in whichever of the options are suitable for you on that day.
A wide range of capabilities are catered for, including total beginners to advance practitioners and those wishing to practice chair yoga.
If you require a mat please let me know when booking, so I can ensure one is reserved for you.

Please bring $50 cash to your next regular class, or deposit $50 via bank transfer to secure your yoga mat space. Payments from 1 week before the event are $55 and on the day it is $60.
Please bring your mat and any yoga props you have. Two large beach towels/blankets will be beneficial for relaxing into specific poses, and if you have an eye pillow it would be great, I have some relaxing eye pillows infused with Lemon Myrtle for sale if you do not have one.

Sunday 23rd February - Inner Strength - Core, Pelvic Floor and Emotional Stability
This gentle workshop creates a safe space, among women experiencing the same process, to be able to deal with the fluctuations of body and mind during both Perimenopause and Menopause.
Specific Yoga Asana, Pranayama, Mantras and Mudras will allow for an easier transition through both Perimenopause and Menopause.
No previous yoga experience is needed and any movement, sounds or breathing techniques are just given as an invitation. You choose which you partake in.
Props are not essential, but recommended. I have blocks and blankets and straps, but please bring all yoga props you have. At a minimum please bring 3-4 large towels / blankets. I have a small number of yoga mats, if you do not have your own please request at booking and one will be allocated to you, if still available. If you have an eye pillow it would be great, I have some relaxing eye pillows infused with Lemon Myrtle for sale if you do not have one.
Following on from the perimenopause & menopause yoga will be a group healing Reiki treatment whilst you relax in Savasana, or a similar relaxation pose.
Physical and emotional strength are linked, so a holistic approach is taken to help you move towards finding your inner strength.
Following on from the inner strength yoga will be a group healing Reiki treatment whilst you relax in Savasana, or a similar relaxation pose.
This special class will work towards a systematic clearing and balancing the seven main Chakra points in the body; Muladhara Chakra – Root Chakra, Svadhishthana Chakra – Sacral Chakra, Manipura Chakra – Solar Plexus Chakra, Anahata Chakra – Heart Chakra, Vishuddha Chakra – Throat Chakra, Ajna Chakra – Third Eye Chakra, Sahastrara Chakra – Crown Chakra.
The body and mind are much limited when there are blockages or imbalances in the Chakras, which can be freed with simple techniques.
Following on from the Chakra balancing yoga will be a group healing Reiki treatment whilst you relax in Savasana, or a relaxation pose of your choice. A special Chakra clearing and balancing Reiki healing will be shared.
Only a light breakfast, or early lunch, or a fast, is recommended before this yoga and Reiki workshop, to allow for maximum benefit.
Living in a chemical-filled world can lead to toxic build-up, which then leads to disease and dis-ease.
This special yoga session will guide you through a number of options, from gentle to advanced, to promote toxin elimination in the body and mind.
Following on from the detox yoga will be a group healing Reiki treatment whilst you relax in Savasana, or a similar relaxation pose.
It is recommended that you drink at least 8 glasses of water the day before, and on the day of this special yoga and Reiki practice.
A slow, peaceful yoga session, honouring the full moon, taking influences from both Kundalini and Hatha yoga teachings.
