In the past couple years I've really been into reading, gaming and animals. I love taking care of animals, at home i have 4 cats and 2 dogs and I love them. I love reading a physical book in my hand while listening to an audio book because it helps me focus on the book and really pay attention to what is going on. The books I read are horror/mystery with some romance mixed in here and there. I mainly play FPS games like Rainbow Six Siege or Overwatch.
I've always loved true crime/mystery shows or just FBI shows in general, criminal minds is my favorite. I've had an interest in being a forensic scientist, FBI agent, lawyer, anything in law really. I like the idea of solving things and helping people get justice for their loved ones, especially the Jane/John Doe's.
I understand that all that is far from aerospace and honestly as a kid I never thought about it, I thought it was cool how planes can hold so many people for so long but I never really dove into it too much. When my friend came to me with this program I heard money and jumped on bored, yes I know how that looks but once I got into the zoom meeting with Rick Baker and Bill George I became really interested in what we'd be doing during the program and not having to go to high school everyday was a bonus.
Reading up on the program and really hearing about it I became enthralled with the idea of this, 45 college credits, I get to learn skills on the job and I'm a paid intern? Sounds amazing! I also looked at some of the machines Rick said we'd be using and the Manual Mills looked especially interesting to me.
I plan to pursue a degree in aerospace, meaning going to CPTC another year and getting the rest of the credits for it, but I also want to try to dabble in the other things I'm interested in, I was thinking maybe law school online or something like that.
