Who am I?

Hi!

If you aren't already aware, my name is Terry. I am a current year 11 student at our college. And I am a complete fitness freak!

My fitness journey began in the middle of year 8. I was tired of being the unfit kid among my peers so I decided to exercise. Little did I know that this hobby became a passion! Exercising, eating healthy, wellbeing, I love it all. 

I initially fell in love with boxing but as I began watching more YouTube videos and educating myself, I ended up loving body building and power lifting. I can't get rid of either so I try to incorporate both into my schedule.

The thing is, I made a lot of stupid mistakes. Stupid mistakes that I am sure fellow students embarking on their journeys have experienced in one form or another. That's why, with this blog, I will share my personal tips and advice on leading happier and healthier life!
