Alphabet as Inspiration

Pick a letter of the Alphabet. Use that letter to represent a place, a thought, an idea. Create a work of art that represents that letter in some way. You can use any materials that you have. Collage is a great way to do this. If you haven't yet, check out Collage Projects posted earlier. A regular 8.5 x 11 piece of paper is a good size for this, but any size works.

Exchanged Letters, an Artist Print Exchange

This a Print Exchange that I did with a group of Artists. Each person was given a letter of the alphabet and used that as inspiration in some way. In a print exchange, each person has to make enough copies (or a series of work) for the others in the exchange. That way we each got one of the others' art pieces. The format of this exchange was chosen, so it could be sewn in to a book. Your format (or size of paper can be any size.)
