1. Varsity - 25 Roster Limit-Finalized at this time except for 3 Double-Rostered spots

III. Team Fees- $250.00 for one player, $400 for two players (siblings).

a. Soccer Raffle (January) - Money will be used to offset team fees.

2. Payment options

a. Make check for 250.00 to SAF (Southside Athletic Foundation)

b. Credit Card Payment - Will be posted on our website ASAP

b. Make payments (We will have scheduled payment dates but arrangements can also be made by calling or texting treasurer Erin Jolliff 256 438 4273)

IV. SAF RAFFLE  - ALL ATHLETIC TEAMS ARE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ATHLETIC FOUNDATION RAFFLE

1. Setup and Structure- Please turn in all sold tickets by Sep. 30 .  If you know you cannot sell the ticket please return unsold tickets immediately.  

2. We get approx. $65 for each ticket sold

3. Tickets turned in unsold get $40 deducted from our account

4. Lost tickets have $100 deducted from our account

V. Concessions

1. Belinda Seahorn will schedule parents for concessions.

2. She will send out information as soon as possible after the schedule is finalized.

3. Mandatory-We need every family to help in concessions.  We will try to schedule you during games your son is not playing in.  

VI. Fields

1. Boys JV, Freshmen, and MS games could possibly be played at the Campus Field (Formerly the Band Practice Field) if it is ready.  (Repairs being made)

2. Most games will be played at the Stadium.

VII. Uniforms

1.  We are ordering new uniforms this season. 

2. The uniform set will be approx. $225 at current market price.
