Say No to C-21
World's Most Popular SMG!
This is a sweet little gun that’s an excellent choice for smaller hands. Especially if you're in the Young Players Program!
The MP5 (German: Maschinenpistole 5) 9mm submachine gun (SMG) was developed in the 1960s by a team of engineers from the German small arms manufacturer Heckler & Koch GmbH (H&K). There are over 100 variants of the MP5.
According to Wikipedia, the MP5 is one of the most widely used submachine guns in the world, having been adopted by 40 nations and numerous military, law enforcement, intelligence, and security organizations. It was widely used by SWAT teams in North America, but has since been supplanted by M16 variants in the 21st century.
However, everybody who’s ever seen or handled an MP5 wants one. We currently have three models including this G&G take on the design. No, this is not a licensed release, hence the naming.
The EGM A4 is a full polymer airsoft version of this iconic gun. It features a reasonable ROF of about 20rps with its 90-round midcaps while powered by an 11.1 volt Lithium-Ion battery stored in the stock. It is a fully stock model - but don’t let that fool you. G&G, arguably the world’s most prolific airsoft manufacturer, did not cut corners on the internals. This one sports an impressive 1.4 joule kick (our field limits are 1.5) with an odd blowback feature that’s more of a vibration than a kick.
It’s a fun little gun that is small and light enough to carry all day! Try it and you’ll want to own one, but be prepared to do some looking as this is a difficult gun to find in North America!
