Say No to C-21
Look, The Ghost Cartel knows how busy you are. You have things you do other than play airsoft and unless you're made of money, it can get pretty expensive travelling the roads each weekend to play games.
We made the decision to promote on a bi-weekly basis so you can keep more of your money in your pocket. This way you get regular games that suit your schedule AND you have room in your budget for the larger overnight games - or maybe take your missus out on a date night!
Whoooooo! New players are ALWAYS welcome at Ghost Cartel events! Give us a call, email, or chat and let us know you're coming. You don't even need your own gear because we have plenty of rental gear available! How bout that??
We will get you outfitted, explain the rules, set you up with an experienced player, then get to the safety briefing where Will Clarke (callsign MochaChoka) will entertain and educate you to the field and games!
This is one of our favourite things. Look, we have our favourite fields, like Hatfield Farms in Halifax and SNL Paintball in Truro for hosting GCAA events - but we can use ANY piece of property to create an ad hoc field. Own an old barn in the valley? Got an empty building in North Sydney? How about a floor in a Halifax office building?
We have the insurance, equipment, and expertise to turn any property into an instant airsoft field! The only caveat is you must own the property, or have written permission from the owner/agent to use it.
No. We are not going to play airsoft in your dorm.
That's a great question more people should ask airsoft game organizers. Look, airsoft is a modern "extreme" sport where you make a new friend in the morning - then "kill" them again and again.
However, let's remember these 6mm cornstarch bbs are travelling at a pretty good clip at just under 500 feet per second. It is possible to experience cuts and welts depending on how close the shooter is. That's one of the reasons we've bottomed players at 11-years-old WITH parent/guardian on the field with them.
To mitigate risk ALL GCAA events are no alcohol and no drugs. Think about it, would you play a game involving firearms where some participants are drunk or high? Of course not! Look, it's not a party it's tactical non-lethal combat.
Yes, accidents can happen and we have combined emergency medical experience well over 50 years! We will show anybody the certificates and we practice scenarios because your lives matter. We also carry a fully stocked trauma bag to treat most emergencies. We're also skilled in wilderness survival as some locations might take hours for paramedics to arrive.
Lastly, we're insured with our policy underwritten by Lloyds of London and have a complete set of rules you can review.
