I thoroughly enjoyed Daniela’s session, simply inspiring to know the calibre of output coming from our department. Even though the discussions were lengthy, I felt that this was a product of the level of engagement in the session.
It was truly eye opening to understand that the design needs to begin from admission. We started going into some really important questions on how we are going to go about Flexible Learning. It was so important to hear about the importance of who our learners are and what support they need. I learned the ultimately, flexibility must be built from the start and not introduced as an add on.

I personally enjoyed the conversation about affordances by Bauer, what does a thing enable you to do with? How you can fully use something, an enabler. Affordance is how best something can be used in a specific context.
Blooms Digital Taxonomy is a tricky concept for me to grasp not being a teacher but Prof did elaborate clearly using Andersons and TLP Framework.
Again, I loved the sandpit session where we got to make a site via Google sites, drive and docs, I thought this was a great tutorial on a very powerful solution almost any educator could benefit from.
