I would like to hear more about how Technology helps and improves learning and teaching instead of stating that it does. It is great to gather different perspectives of educators and professionals, this enlightens us to better understand real world limitations and challenges, as has been highlighted in this module, the context strongly determines the outcome.
I learned the importance of how we ensure meaningful technological integration as well as identifying who this will be meaningful to? I also learned that policies seem to refine practises but may also be a barrier too.
I am happy with the rate we are collectively learning and it does seem that the class is learning the material in an engaging and collaborative way.
What a real eye opener was for was the fact that Educators invite learners into their space of teaching but Learners cannot seem to invite Lecturers to their spaces of learning.
Ultimately, it is great to know that the issues faced in other environments are shared so we are all in this together, hence the importance of collaboration. It seems we are all working to promote and support 21st century learners who can think critically, creatively and collaboratively.
