Let's have a Dance Party with Jesus!
✨☀️ Let us shine for Jesus! ✨☀️
How can we shine for Jesus?
Have you seen anything magnificent? The transfiguration of Jesus revealed the glory that was veiled in His humanity. Moses and Elijah were great, but they were mere servants of God, assigned to point the way to Jesus the Messiah. Moses presented the law that could not save, and Elijah warned of judgment; but both presented the promise of a Savior. With the transfiguration, Moses and Elijah testify to the fact that the promised Savior had finally arrived!
We can shine for Jesus when we learn to put our faith and trust in Jesus rather than in our own ability to keep God’s law.

“And [Jesus] was transfigured before them; and His face shone like the sun, and His garments became white as light.”

Dear Lord Jesus, thank You for temporarily giving up Your right as God and humbling Yourself to be our Savior. Help us to place our trust in You as the One who saves. Help us to trust and obey Your words as the final authority. Help us to understand and be encouraged by Your everlasting love.
