God promised to give His people the land of Canaan. It was time to move into the land.

The Israelites had to fight battles to win the land. Israel's enemies had a king and a god that they thought was powerful. But their gods were not real. Israel’s God was and is the one true God. God helped His people cross the Jordan River and helped them win battles. Everybody all around saw how powerful God is. Most of them were afraid of God. But they did not think about asking Him to be their God and even acted as if they were smarter and stronger than God.

Who chose the best way to act? Read Joshua 10:1-15 and see how Joshua made the best choice.
