Bees

Animals can be shot on land or in the water. Long range weapons are recommended as some of the animals are strong. Underwater you can use the spear gun.

Oysters are collected with oyster bags. You can buy an oyster bag from Susie Yoder. One oyster bag can hold a max of 6 oysters. You will have to click the oyster bag to pry them open one at a time. After some time you will receive oyster meat (can be eaten raw for some stamina) or a pearl

Pearls can be sold to Mad Man Nigel Yoder, just simply rez the pearl next to Nigel and click him to start the interaction. Nigel gives you SF-money for one pearl after another. 

Bees live in beehives. They give honey and wax (for cheesemaking). There is a small chance you will get stung messing with the bees.

Animals are found dotted about the 6 sims.

Berry bushes and fruit trees are scattered about the 6 sims. Each sim will have at least a few sources of fruit.

Fruit trees (you need at least 5 stamina to collect these)

Coconut palms (requires stamina to attempt a harvest)

If you rez your collected fruit basket you can click them to gain stamina.
