Gallery Statement

During the 20-21 school year, AP 2D and Portfolio students have worked hard to create beautiful works from home despite the challenges this year brought to all of us. Each student chose an inquiry question to investigate throughout their pieces in the portfolios.

Students all chose concepts that are meaningful to them and the world around us, committing themselves to celebrating or challenging their ideas. They explored a variety of ideas including heritage, religion, relationships, and current societal issues. They experimented with materials and processes in order to capture the themes in their work.
