This basic information, along with data necessary for managing your subscription status, is securely stored in our cloud database (Firestore) to enable essential app features, link your account across devices, and manage your subscription.
Health History and Health-Related Details: When you provide information about your medical history or specific health details for symptom assessment or analysis of test results/images, this sensitive health information is processed and stored only locally on your device. It is not uploaded to our cloud database. This approach is designed to enhance your privacy regarding your sensitive health data.
Information for AI Analysis: Data you submit for AI analysis, including symptoms described and images uploaded, is transmitted to the AI service provider to generate the analysis result for you. While this data is processed by the AI service, your personal identity is not directly linked to this analysis data by the AI service itself.
Usage Data: We may collect limited, non-personally identifiable information about how you interact with the App to help us understand usage patterns and improve the App's performance and features.
HOW WE USE YOUR DEVICE INFORMATION
We use your information to:

* We do not share your Personal Information and Health Data with any organization/individual except as described below. This information is primarily processed on your device, and through secure API connections to our AI service providers.

We do not share your personal health information or locally stored health history details with third parties without your explicit consent. Essential user information and subscription details stored in the cloud are not shared with third parties except as necessary for core app functionality (e.g., linking to your subscription service provider if applicable) or to comply with legal requirements. We may share anonymized or aggregated data for research or service improvement purposes, but this data will not identify you personally.

Basic user information and subscription data stored in the cloud are subject to the security measures of our cloud provider (Google Cloud/Firestore). Your sensitive health history and related details, stored only locally on your device, are protected by your device's security features. We are committed to protecting your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
DATA RETENTION
We retain basic user information and subscription data in our cloud database as long as your account is active or as necessary to comply with legal obligations. Your local-only health history data persists on your device until you uninstall the App or clear the App's data through device settings. When you log out or switch accounts on a device, local data, including health history, is cleared to prevent cross-account contamination.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
