F. 3 Year Professional Development Plan

Context

This entry was developed in SDAD 5900, Student Development Capstone Seminar, where I was tasked with determining my goals for the first 3 years after graduating. Here you will see areas I consider myself the weakest in and action plans to support my development in those areas. 

Skills Demonstrated

The skill that was developed here was the ability to be intensely reflective on what my current student affairs skill levels are. I looked inward to determine where I would want to be long-term and created a strategic plan to begin gaining experiences in which I could build these skills.
