This entry contains the Letter of Promise that Melissa Shaub wrote me following the conclusion of my 100 hour internship with the Department of Education and Leadership at Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity. This internship fulfilled the requirement for SDAD 5640, Internship I. In this internship I worked on a three part project supporting the efforts of the Educational Leadership Consultants in evaluating a chapters DEI progress.

The skills that grew within this internship was my ability to make teachable DEI content that could be adaptable to a wide range of people. I strengthened the skill of clearly communicating across writing.
