C1. Critical Analysis of an Equity Plan

Context

This entry focuses on my best research and scholarship skills within the program. Written in SDAD 5910, Diversity and Inclusion in Higher Education,  I employed the Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat (SWOT) framework analysis of an institutions equity plan critically analyzing their work, backed by research and best practices.

Skills Demonstrated

With this entry I was able to build skill in thorough research and apply it to the specific context of the institution. I also applied theory to practice by developing recommendations based off of my SWOT analysis.
