We Are Officially A 501(c)(3)!!! The Board of SC Hands & Voices is excited to announce we are an officially approved 501c3.  We are looking forward to the opportunities and resources this will provide for our mission of connecting D/deaf and hard of hearing families from across the state.  Thank you to all who have supported in the past and those who will in the future.  

Become a member of SCHV

As a non-profit organization, we are dependent upon donations in order to function. Therefore, we invite all to become active on a membership level to donate a nominal, tax-deductible fee to help ensure that a non-biased voice remains available to families. Members receive our mailings and quarterly national newspaper, The Communicator, support the cost of our events, and to ensure that a non-biased voice remains available to families. 

NOTE: You do not have to be a "paid" member to attend events. 


Membership Levels
To become a member of Hands & Voices, fill out our Registration Form  here and mail with a check or money order for:

Family:  $25.00/family,
Professional: $40/professional, and
Board Members:  $50/member.

STATEWIDE MINGLE SPONSOR  oR
 General Donations

For general donations of any amount and/or for monthly donations please click the "donate" button.    

"REGION" Sponsorship - $2,000 (10 available):Sponsorship allows SCHV to host a minimum of six mingles throughout the year for the counties within the region. Funds also help cover the costs of event location rentals, activities, refreshments, and interpreter costs. This sponsorship includes (1) logo placement in all promotional materials for that region for one year; (2) sponsorship signage during the activities; (3) recognition in one SCHV newsletter, and (4) one Facebook recognition on our public Facebook page.

A "EVENT" Sponsorship - $400: Sponsorship allows SCHV to host a major private event with admission paid for families with DHH children that attend. This sponsorship includes (1) logo placement in all promotional materials leading up to the one major event; (2) sponsorship signage during the scheduled activity; (3) recognition in one SCHV newsletter, and (4) one Facebook recognition on our public Facebook page.

A "MINGLE" Sponsorship - $150: Sponsorship allows SCHV to host community mingle at an area park shelter and provide games and refreshments. This sponsorship includes (1) logo placement in all promotional materials leading up to the one mingle; (2) sponsorship signage during the scheduled activity; and (3) recognition in one SCHV newsletter.
