South Carolina Hands & Voices (SCHV) is in great need of volunteer and/or stipened interpreters. It is imperative that our families feel welcome by having the accommodations needed in order to contribute and receive support from other families at our meetings and events. Sign up here!
Volunteer Youth & Teens Activity Guides
South Carolina Hands & Voices (SCHV) is seeking DHH volunteer youth & teen activity guides. SCHV encourages DHH youth up to DHH Adults to participate in events to serve as DHH role models for families. However, while all children are required to be accompanied by a parent, guardian or another adult who has agreed to be responsible for the child, the volunteers are needed to help facilitate the event activities along with the parent supervision. All About You! South Carolina Hands & Voices (SCHV) seeks youth and teen spotlights from D/deaf or hard of hearing youth, teens, and young adults. Share stuff you love, things you tried, what you wish others knew about you, and/or your journey with hearing loss. All entries receive a special thank you gift.
