Exhibitor Package:  
Receive a professional table, two chairs in the exhibitor space, and two box lunch meals.  Exhibitor name/organization listed on website exhibitor information flyer and conference program.  

Exhibitor Setup:
Available on event day, February 20, 2027, from 8:00AM - 8:30AM.  Exhibitors must stay for the duration of the conference until 3:00 PM.  

Payments, Cancellations, Refund Policy:
All exhibitor sales are final, no refunds.  If cancellation is needed, SCHV will gladly place one agency flyer or item on an unmanned table during the event or provide a tax-exempt donation letter for the exhibitor amount.  Exhibitor registration closes on January 31st (or before if all exhibit tables have been reserved). 

Donate Prizes: Please consider having booth goodies at your exhibit table to encourage attendees to stop by.  Attendees will be given exhibitor bingo cards to encourage visitation to all exhibitors for a chance at prizes.

Exhibitor Materials: If shipping materials, please send to: Brookland Baptist, 1066 Sunset Blvd, West Columbia, SC  29169; Attn:  Christian Learning Center (DHH Conf). Please plan accordingly to ensure delivery can be received before the event.

Exhibitor Non-Profit Status: Please email schvconference@gmail.com w/ subject  proof of non-profit status, if applicable. 

Agreement to Conditions of Exhibitor Guidelines: 

Photography and Media Release: By attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be taken during conference activities. You grant permission for the event organizers to use, reproduce, and publish these images for educational, promotional, and informational purposes, including use on websites, social media, printed materials, and future conference communications. 

General Liability Waiver: By participating in this event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and participation. You agree that the organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and venue are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the conference.  Therefore, you understand that participation is optional and that you are responsible for your own safety and personal belongings throughout the event.
