Background: Rose's birth doula practice is rooted in inclusivity, respect, and the belief that all birthing people deserve to feel safe, seen, empowered, and celebrated. They love to bring trauma-informed, compassionate, embodied care to both home birth and hospital birth spaces. To support you on your journey, Rose brings over 10 years of extensive experience in bodywork, herbalism, and mindfulness-based somatic counseling. As a birth worker, she has trained specifically in Spinning Babies and Dynamic Body Balancing to support birthing people and their babies in achieving alignment and ease in their bodies. As a queer practitioner, they are deeply committed to serving gender expansive birthing people and non-traditional families.
