Background: I am a mother of 2 teenagers and have had natural births with each one. I did doula training in NJ several years ago as well and  was able to assist in 2 births with natural labor and no drugs! I am an ayurvedic practitioner and also a Jeweled womb teacher offering woman steam, yoni gem and wand classes. I have a strong passion for using herbs and handling the body holistically to balance the mind, body and spirit.
