Background: I have a great respect for the populations that I support. I respect confidentiality and provide a non-judgmental support system with an ability to establish trust, rapport and healthy boundaries.  I have a natural passion to empower, encourage and promote self-care/love to each individual in this journey called life.

I am a mother to 3 wonderful young adult children, a grandmother to 5 wonderful grandchildren. I have worked in the Doula arena for 25 years serving in Sonoma County and on the island of Maui. In the social work field for 28 years in Sonoma County in the arena's of case management, rehabilitation, homelessness, oncology, juvenile and adult detention systems.
