Background: I am a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula through Dona International. I am a mom to a grown child, and becoming a parent was one of my most life-changing experiences, I know how overwhelming it can feel to adjust to life with a newborn! My goal is to be a steady, encouraging presence for you.  I aim to create a calm and supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and confident throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience.   I have six years experience as a birth doula and one year as postpartum doula.
