Background: As a doula I am a steady, calming and grounding touchstone for you throughout your birthing journey. I am a birth educator and lactation counselor, as well as an herbalist, ritualist and somatic practitioner. I focus on helping clients feel physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually prepared for birth & parenthood, and center the nervous system and holistic lifestyle and the body. I proudly prioritize working with BIPOC, queer, inter-faith and/or inter-racial families. I am also proficient in Spanish and Hebrew.
