The volunteers at the Newspiper produce a newsletter each month. It contains information about the POA and Social Committee Activities, Club and Sports News, Winners' Circle and items of potential interest to the community. A copy is delivered free to each property owner in good standing.
We reserve the right to edit any material submitted. We will correct spelling and grammar to the best of our ability and condense as necessary for ease of reading or fit into the Newspiper. This shall be done without asking permission of the person(s) submitting the article or material.
Submitting material for publication?
Use e-mail and send it to Newspiper@gmail.com
OR
Drop off written copy in the mail slot outside the Newspiper Office. Be sure it is legible and includes your name.
Deadline for material is noon on the 15th of the month for the next edition.
Residents away for a month or more may request that a copy be sent to them by submitting a self-addressed, stamped, new large 9x12 envelope with their Sandpiper address as the return address and the month to be sent in the lower left corner. Current postage is $3 per envelope.
Why not save a few coins on mailing? Current, full color issues of the Newspiper can be viewed by clicking on the master file attached at the bottom of this page.
If desired, you may cancel home delivery because of personal travel, reading it on line, etc. Please notify the newspaper office and provide the STOP date for delivery. Back copies are not provided when normal delivery is resumed. When you want to resume delivery, contact Starr Moore.
Please contact Starr Moore at 573-218-8588 if you have any delivery issues.
Advertisers provide the finances necessary to print and to maintain office supplies and equipment. The presence of an ad in the paper is not an endorsement of the company or product. However, many companies who have done satisfactory work for residents are referred to the paper and subscribe for an ad. Standard ad sizes are available for vendors, prices vary by size. Advertisers may contact Debbie Brockmann at 863-853-2894 for further information.
