This program will help residents move again. Living with pain. shouldn't be anyone's "new normal." At Fitworks Perfect Pos- ture®, we help the body heal itself naturally by restoring align- ment through targeted muscle activation and gentle stretching. When the joints line up properly, the nerves and blood flow are no longer restricted, and pain can finally fade. Right here in Sandpiper, neighbors are already experiencing life-changing results:
Becky Brune was struggling with hip and low-back pain that made even simple outings difficult. Today, she's walking more smoothly and confidently than she has in years. Becky's friends immediately noticed the difference she's getting in and out of the car with ease, climbing stairs normally again, and hasn't needed a chiropractor visit in over a month. "My before and after pictures look like I lost weight," she says. "I didn't I just got aligned!"
Ann Johnson spent years battling severe back pain that made driving unbearable. Medications and physical therapy brought little relief. But customized posture-based exercises finally made the difference she had been searching for. "Sherry gave me exercises that actually helped my pain," Ann shares. "I defi- nitely recommend her."
Beverly Hoeksema once enjoyed dancing, gardening, exercis- ing, and hosting friends - until chronic back pain forced her to give up the lifestyle she loved. Daily tasks required heating pads, pain patches, or rest breaks, and she depended heavily on her husband for help at home. Now, after working with Fit- works Perfect Posture®, she is regaining mobility and energy and rediscovering the activities that bring joy back into her life.

These stories have one thing in common: alignment brings relief naturally. Discover how simple posture-focused movements can reduce pain, increase stability, and help you stay active and independent. Your body is designed to move - let's help it move the way it was meant to.

Last January, we scheduled Dave and Daphne to be with us but because of health issues, they had to cancel. Dave is feeling great and has come back even better. We loved them when they were here before and I know they will please us once again.
So, all you country Music lovers, we are bringing you a little bit of the Grand Ole Opry right here in our Sandpiper Club house. Dave Salyer and Daphne Anderson will thrill and inspire you with their mix of country vocals, amazing guitar and banjo playing abilities and instrumentals that we're sure will bring back pleasant memories.
Dave has toured the world with Barbara Mandrell, performed for US Presidents, and appeared on countless TV shows.
Daphne has toured with Bill Gaither at conventions and sang gospel music with the Florida Boys, The Cathedrals, The Hin sons and many others.
We just might hear a little bit of Patsy Cline or Loretta Lynn and maybe even a yodel or two. We are so impressed with this duo and we know you will be too! It's going to be a fun night.
So come to the Clubhouse on January 24 and sing along with your neighbors and enjoy a night out.
Tickets are still only $10 and available at Wednesday Coffee and through our Social Office. Bob & Beverly Hoeksema
