Our November 6th, 2025 Lunch and Learn is Dr. Taylor Ford Joseph and Dr. Eric Jeffery Daniel from Munday Chiropractic. The presentation will take place in the Sandpiper Clubhouse from 11:00 to 12:00, with lunch served afterward, followed by a Q&A session.

Dr. Joseph was born and raised in Lakeland. She is a highly skilled chiropractor dedicated to promoting spinal health and overall wellness, with a holistic approach to care. She provides personalized treatment plans to address musculoskeletal issues and improve function. Dr. Joseph completed extensive training in chiropractic care and stays updated with the latest advancements in her field. She offers a range of services at Munday Chiropractic Clinic, P.A., focusing on spinal adjustments, corrective exercises, and lifestyle counseling. Through her compassionate care and patient education, she helps individuals achieve optimal health and vitality.
Outside the office, she is a certified animal chiropractor. Also, Dr. Taylor just received her certification in Acupuncture.
Dr. Daniel is also a local of Lakeland. Dr. Daniel grew up around chiropractic care, having Dr. Munday as his uncle. He was inspired to become the second-generation chiropractor in his family and come back to Munday Chiropractic Care after graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic to carry on promoting spinal wellness care. He specializes in treating those who have suffered from personal injury accidents but also treats the general public.

HAVE YOU HEARD OF PETRINA?
Bob and Beverly Hoeksema
She's a frequent performer at the Villages and will be here in our
Clubhouse to entertain us on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at
7:00 PM. Doors open at 6:00 PM.
Petrina moved to Florida from England in 2008 and became a
United States Citizen in 2014. Crowd pleaser and teaser, Petrina
is a comedic, silly singing performer with skilled vocals. She's
been likened to the funny Lucille Ball (looks like Pink) and brings
boundless energy to her performance.
Don't miss the opportunity to laugh and sing along with your neigh-
bors and enjoy an evening of fun.
Tickets are still only $10.00 and can be purchased at Wednesday
Coffee Hour from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM beginning October 1st or
at the Social Office during their business hours.
So, call your friends and neighbors and make a plan to enjoy a
night out on November 15, 2025.

MEET AND GREET WELCOME WAGON
MEETINGS FOR NEW HOMEOWNERS

The Meet and Greet Meeting is a one-time meeting that will help
to familiarize new residents with Sandpiper and give residents
information on all the great activities we have to offer here. The
meeting is held in the Clubhouse (the building attached to the
pool between the POA Building and The Links Pro Shop/Grill)
and takes place on different days at different times every few
weeks so that everyone can attend at a convenient time. This
meeting will take 30-45 minutes and you’ll receive an information
packet and some useful gifts. You will be able to ask questions
and have an opportunity to meet other newcomers to Sandpiper.
Information for your name tag will also be collected at the meeting
for a later delivery to you. You do not need to register, only show
up at a meeting that fits into your schedule
Please remember to bring your white key card to get into the
building.

CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS: DIRECTOR AND CHAIR POSITIONS FOR THE SOCIAL COMMITTEE

Chair people are responsible for a Master plan for the event, which would include but not limited to choosing a date and venue, creating a budget, flyers and ticketing, advertising, working with volunteers and keeping in touch with your Director.
Directors (on the committee) are responsible for, but not limited to, overseeing 8-10 activities, making sure all neces sities are provided to each committee and assisting in any event or activity that needs it. Reviewing the budget for each and a monthly meeting where you will report on each activity.
Officers of the Social Committee, that include Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary are elected every March. For someone to run for an officer position you must be a sitting director. So, if you wanted to run this March you would have to apply to be a director in January, would be voted in in February, then in February (after being voted in) state your intention to run for an office which then is to be posted for 30 days and voted on in March.
