Sandpiper is a Property Owners' Association (POA) which is run by its volunteer residents. There are only two paid employees: The Office Manager, Donnalee, and our Maintenance Man, Shane Barger. (See The POA tab, above, for more information)
Sandpiper residents enjoy a safe community environment due in part to the presence of its CAP (Citizen's Assisted Patrol) Program patrolling 7 days a week, a very active Neighborhood Watch Program, and numerous security cameras scattered throughout the community.
