The Sandpiper Property Owners Association (POA)* is made up of Sandpiper property owners. Membership in the association, by a residential buyer, is a condition of purchase. The board of directors is responsible for the management of the POA. The board is made up of nine volunteer directors. Three new directors are elected each year and replace those elected three years prior. The Officers of the Board are voted in by the members of the Board. Specific assignments are also at the discretion of the POA Board. (See POA Directors)

Office Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (off for lunch)
Meetings
POA* Business Meetings are generally held on the second Tuesday of the month, shortly after 7:00 PM in the Clubhouse. Documents available at POA Notices
