BRACKEN CAVE SIMULATOR

This simulation project is based on the Bracken Cave environment near San Antonio, Texas. I did research on the cave's environment and the ecosystem. Then I created 3 main classes: consumers, producers, and decomposers to classify the biotic components of the environment. Players have to use elements in the game to keep the ecosystem balanced. The simulation also features a vendor to help the player exchange items gathered in (or produced by) the environment for elements that can help keep the systems in balance.

GAMEPLAY

Each day the temperature and weather conditions in the environment are randomized and the player is notified if the population of any components in the environment decrease or increase. Players must make decisions in order to keep the environment balanced and prevent overpopulation or scarcity.
